Professional Suite Maintenance Notice

Update: Allscripts hosting environment is improved for connectivity and overall performance.
To date, we have addressed the following:
- A resolution to the VB Err.Number=429 printing issue is being tested and upon successful completion of testing the fix will be applied to the live environment.
- We have removed roaming profiles and have seen a 50% decrease in initial login time in order to get to the application login
- We have installed Microsoft patches across the environment to resolve stability issues.
- We continue to work with both Microsoft and Tricerat to resolve the ‘missing printer’ issue. Tricerat is currently coding changes they believe will resolve the issue and expect to test those changes by month end.
- We have replaced 100% of servers found to be unstable, which resolved the RDP busy errors
